Viticulture And Vinification
We practice sustainable viticulture in our vineyards, and we do not use any chemical weed-killer. The soil of the vineyards is worked with basic equipment to protect the soils and their quality in a classical tradition of Burgundy winemakers.
During the harvest period, the grapes are hand picked and brought in the crates directly to the winery, which keeps the grapes in the pristine condition and guarantees the quality of the future wines.
We only use natural yeasts while going through the vinification of our white and red wines. The whole range of the wines that we produce is aged in the oak barrels during more or less 1 year.
