Grape variety used for this wine is Aligoté, which results in mineral and fruity wines, with citrus and white fruit aromas. This wine is vinified in the stainless-steel vats for 10 months.
Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune blanc
Chardonnay based wine, it is aged 50% in vats and 50% in the oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is characterized by the aromas of exotic fruit and muscat due to the presence of chardonnay muscadet vines, situated in the village of Saint-Aubin.
Bourgone Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, "La Justice"
This wine is produced from Pinot Noir grapes and the parcel is situated in the upper part of Saint-Aubin village. The wine is light and fruity on the palate, with aromas of red fruit, cherry, and sour cherry.
Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise, "Petites Combes"
Pinot Noir based wine, with silky tannins and aromas of black fruits and black currant that result in quite a complex wine.
Maranges "Les Regains"
Pinot Noir based wine, aged in oak barrels, including 20% of new oak barrels. It is elegant and smooth, with flavors of black fruits and species.
Pinot Noir based wine, that has lots of character and is vinified in the oak barrels (20% of new oak). It has silky ripe tannins and aromas of black fruits.
Santenay 1er cru Beauregard
Pinot Noir based wine, very complex and rich on the palate, with aromas of black fruit, it is vinified in the oak barrels, of which 20% are new.
